The Newton Community Foundation is a public charitable foundation created to enhance our community through educational, cultural, civic, and economic support. OUR MISSION is to build a strong community by engaging people in philanthropy while expanding the community’s endowment both now and for generations to come.
As the hearts of Philanthropic giving, OUR PURPOSE is to assist in providing resources for a broad range of existing and future educational and charitable needs in and around the city of Newton.
The Newton Community Foundation will serve as a uniting force through out the community of Newton. OUR VISION is to lead people in creating an effective and energetic place where all individuals can thrive.
The Newton Community Foundation is a component fund of Central Kansas Community Foundation. OUR VALUES are:

A Rich Tradition
Since its inception in 1994 Central Kansas Community Foundation (CKCF) has been providing services to the Newton community. CKCF has flourished as a Host Foundation, providing support and administrative services to 20 Affiliate Foundations throughout Central Kansas. In order to grow the philanthropic base in the Newton area and provide the local charitable causes the support they deserve, the Newton Community Foundation (NCF) was established on Sept. 24, 2018.
